Buisnes Cards

Image
Artist Statement: In creating these three business cards with Adobe Illustrator, I've woven a tapestry of personal symbolism and artistic flair. The colors — green, purple, and pink — drawn from my logo, reflect growth, creativity, and warmth. Inspired by my logo's butterfly with angel wings, a tribute to my father, these designs embody resilience and self-discovery. Rooted in my Panamanian heritage, they echo the vibrant landscapes and cultural richness of my hometown. Through these cards, I invite viewers to glimpse into my world, where each element speaks of identity, legacy, and the transformative power of art.

Artist Statement: Eclipse in Montreal My Adobe InDesign project is a postcard capturing the mesmerizing moment of observing the eclipse from Montreal. With Photoshop, I skillfully added the eclipse to the cityscape, crafting a seamless blend of reality and imagination. This postcard serves as a visual invitation, inviting recipients to contemplate the beauty of the cosmos and our place within it. Through thoughtful design and editing, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and connection to the celestial wonders surrounding us

Animation

Artist Statement: In my first Photoshop animation, "Love," I faced challenges as a beginner. But with patience and time, I overcame them to bring this story to life. The animation follows two crocodiles who find love through a simple gesture: one giving a flower to the other. This project taught me the power of perseverance and the joy of seeing a vision come to fruition. "Love" celebrates the beauty of unexpected connections and the magic that happens when we step out of our comfort zones. I hope it inspires others to embrace challenges and diligently pursue their passions.

1st Video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IO1yDUJl8qw In this Photoshop tutorial on basic frame-by-frame animation, the tools that may be easy to use include the timeline feature and the option to duplicate layers to create multiple frames. These tools are essential for creating smooth animations and can be easily accessed within the software. Using the timeline and layer duplication, users can effectively create animations by drawing on each frame to show movement or changes over time. The tutorial provides a clear and concise explanation of using these tools, making it accessible for beginners exploring animation in Photoshop. One tool that may be more challenging to use is the union skin feature, which allows users to see a faded version of the previous frame for reference. While this tool can be incredibly useful for maintaining consistency in animations, mastering the balance between the current and previous frames may require some practice.     Artist Statement:     For this assignment, I had to include myself in my favorite movie, pirates of the Caribbean. I had to dress up as a pirate, including many layers of clothes, jewelry, and accessories. For the picture, I positioned myself in front of a big window because they had a lot of natural light in this scene. I positioned myself next to Captain Jacksparrow because he is my favorite character. I modified his hand using the puppet warp as if he were hugging me as we passed through this river. I tried to make myself look like I was in the water with them. I place the branches on top of me to make it more natural and blend in with the picture. Also, I included my tag brush as a tattoo on my chest, like a pirate. And I modified the hue saturation and curves to make my picture blend in more.
