1. This image would be hard to Photoshop because of all the people in the background. I like it because of how different everyone's style is in the picture. So I could be very creative like he was with it. 

2. This image inspired me with my somewhere project because it looks genuine. His outfit and the lightning in his picture help make it look natural. Also, the spot he picked to put himself in was brilliant because it could be where someone would stand in this picture.

3. This set of images really made me laugh. I picked this one because it was my favorite; he looks older with that bald hair, which is the funniest part. 

4. I think this illusion is really impressive. It looks like a professional photograph in a pretty setting, and it is hard to believe that this was the process of it. It would be fun to recreate it, but I would need a projector.

    Artist Statement:     For this assignment, I had to include myself in my favorite movie, pirates of the Caribbean. I had to dress up as a pirate, including many layers of clothes, jewelry, and accessories. For the picture, I positioned myself in front of a big window because they had a lot of natural light in this scene. I positioned myself next to Captain Jacksparrow because he is my favorite character. I modified his hand using the puppet warp as if he were hugging me as we passed through this river. I tried to make myself look like I was in the water with them. I place the branches on top of me to make it more natural and blend in with the picture. Also, I included my tag brush as a tattoo on my chest, like a pirate. And I modified the hue saturation and curves to make my picture blend in more.
